A source told Worldfuturetv.com the Indian government is pressing Mauritian Prime Minister Pravind Jugnauth to go for snap polls as a collapse of his government is imminent.

The source who spoke to Worldfuturetv.com on a survey conducted by an Indian agency, said New Delhi believes Jugnauth’s government is near collapse.

The source said Jugnauth’s government will face a terrible outcome with irreparable impact on his political career, if a video showing a minister taking bribes is made public.

This will bring the need for an immediate election in Mauritius as rumours are a local publication is going to make the video public soon.

The video apparently shows the minister – whom we cannot name for now – taking the bribe (a large sum of money) from a businessman who would have recorded the moment.

The minister is also facing a series of accusations from various quarters, but it is also apparent that India might want this particular minister out of the way for the moment.

If the minister were to fall, as these accusations are bound to be published in the local printed media in Port Louis, the government of Pravind Jugnauth will become unstable.

Sources said an informant has a video showing the said minister – who is high in the government hierarchy – taking bribes from a foreigner and it revolves around a project in Mauritius.
