Najib can't fly: Immigration finally 'travel' bans him and Rosmah

Ex-Premier Najib Razak can’t fly.

He and his wife Rosmah Mansor are now under a ‘travel’ ban by the Immigration, which earlier stated they were not on a barred list.

This came after a confusion on Najib’s immigration status.

Today the ex-Premier twitted this morning that he was effectively barred from leaving the country.

Earlier today, the Immigration said Najib and Rosmah were not barred from leaving the country.

But in a new twist, the Immigration Department has now declared that they have “just now” blacklisted ousted prime minister Najib Abdul Razak and his wife Rosmah Mansor.

Najib has also twitted (see below) that he was not allowed to leave the country.

News that Najib was leaving the country went viral after a manifest of a flight schedule showed Najib and Rosmah as passengers.

The private jet, which belongs to the company Premiair is owned by Peter Sondakh, who is also the boss of PT Rajawali Corp, said Malaysiakini last night.
