To help make it easy and convenient for you to get to the event, Uber has partnered with Mastercard (Expo 2020’s official payment technology partner), to offer you discounted trips. “Simply add your Mastercard as your preferred payment method on the Uber app, and take a trip to or from Expo 2020 Dubai; you will automatically get 20% off 2 trips (up to AED 14 per trip) to or from Expo 2020. To visit Expo, open the Uber app and request a ride using your Mastercard as the payment method.
You will automatically get 2 discounted trips to and from the Expo with a cap of 14 AED per trip. You will be sent communications from Uber notifying you of your discount.
Once the discount is applied for the first trip to or from Expo, the discount for the second trip will be added to your account automatically. You will be able to take a second discounted trip to or from Expo within two weeks from your first discounted trip.
“This offer expires at 23.59 pm on March, 31st 2022. Taxes and fees still apply. This offer cannot be combined with other offers. This offer is applicable for all Mastercard® credit and debit cardholders. The offer can only be redeemed in Dubai, for trips to or from Expo 2020 Dubai,” the company says in emails sent to registered users.
