We are one nation we should not allow any regime to destroy that!

Political party agents dancing together, flying the respective political party flags.

This is how we bond as Mauritians and we should not allow any regime or political parties the chance to destroy that.

Now that the political battles are over and the country have five years to lick its wounds, the politicians should deliver.

Our electoral system is blamed for the current state of affairs in the Parliament where a party winning a minority of votes has more seats.

But the fact remains it won the elections and it will rule for at least five more years.

In the meantime folks, do not give up and let us hope that politicians take their responsibility to fix whatever is wrong with Mauritius.

If they fail to do so in the next five years, you can go back to the polls and choose from the many political parties we have.
