Back To Parliament and End Bureaucracy!

KUALA LUMPUR: The King has called for the Parliament to be reconvened as soon as possible and for the government to speed up the vaccination process to achieve herd immunity as early as possible.

Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Mustafa Billah Shah also called on the government to act decisively to simplify bureaucracy in order to speed up the Covid-19 vaccination process.

STRONG GOVERNMENT

This follows the special meeting of the Malay Rulers to discuss efforts to combat Covid-19 on the initiative of the King.

His Majesty also expressed the view that there is a need for “a stable and strong government administration and able to function effectively in dealing with the Covid-19 epidemic and revive the country’s economy.”
