Introduction of FUJIFILM IWpro and IT Expert Services to empower Malaysian SMEs in their digital transformation journey
PETALING JAYA, 15 MAY 2024 – FUJIFILM Business Innovation is proud to announce the launch of two new solutions and services offerings that is designed to assist the digital transformation (DX) journey of Malaysian businesses, with a particular focus on supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

Through the IT Expert Services, SMEs will have access to a skilled IT team that not only monitors the IT system, but also identifies and addresses related issues in a timely
manner via the Help Desk with remote monitoring and management.
From daily maintenance to major breakdown and even on-site support, the IT Expert Services team seamlessly complement an internal IT team to deliver increased efficiency, reduced expenses and enhanced security.
