Isis threatens to blow up Big Ben showing they are still around

The Daily Express in London says: ISIS has issued a chilling threat to blow up Big Ben.

It published a poster depicting Parliament engulfed by a raging inferno after an apparent explosion.

This was in March this year. But the problem is a serious one with the ISIS not totally defeated.

In the poster (pic above) showing the Big Ben on fire and the poster it inserted a quote said to be from the Holy Quran.

ISiS activists photoshopped the image showing Elizabeth Tower, which houses , going up in smoke.

It shows the rest of the Palace of Westminster also ablaze.

The eerie picture is intended to create fear among Londoners.

The latest ISIS poster shows a terrorist looking at the tower and the quote from Surah At-Tawbat printed below.

“And when the sacred months have passed. Then kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every place of ambush.”

The poster excludes the rest of the quote, which reads:

“If any of the idolaters seeks of thee protection, grant him protection till he hears the words of God; then do thou convey him to his place of security.”

But is the threat a serious one since ISIS is defeated in Syria and Iraq?

The terror organisation lost all the territories it captured in Iraq and Syria.

The fact that its members are now scattered all over the place poses a problem.

Perhaps this is where it is more dangerous because it still exists as an organisation without a territory to protect.

This poses a problem to many nations that are targets of ISIS attackers.

Europe was hit by a series of car driving against pedestrian attacks in London. There is the bus attack against pedestrians in Nice, France and many other such incidents.

Many countries are taking the ISIS returnees back. Experts believe this too will pose a problem if they are not properly vetted and kept under watch.

The Malaysian police chief Abdul Hamid Bador told the South China Morning Post he fears the ISIS returnees will launch attacks.

He says the failure of ISIS to push forward its agenda of the group could spark the returnees to act.

The release of the poster coincides with the Manchester Arena attack.

On March 22, 2017, Khalid Masood drove his car into crowds on Westminster Bridge.

He stabbed a police constable but was shot next to the Big Ben.
