KOTA KINABALU: The son of a prominent Sabah businessman was found dead in his room in Luyang here on Wednesday (June 9) evening.

Sabah Police Commissioner Datuk Hazani Ghazali said police did not suspect any foul play in connection with the death.

He said upon being alerted by family members, paramedics found the man, 42, lifeless.

“We are waiting for a post mortem report,” he said when contacted.

However, police declined to provide the identity of the man, other than saying the body was sent to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital mortuary.
