THE recent controversy surrounding Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commissioner (MACC) Chief Commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki must be looked upon on the larger scale of things and not the individual per se.   The MACC, which was formed under the MACC Act 2009, was not only to replace the previous Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA)
