In New York, Morgan Stanley is imposing restrictions on not fully vaccinated employees and clients from access to the workplace. Starting July 12 says a memo, all employees, contingent workforce, clients and visitors, must “attest to being fully vaccinated to access Morgan Stanley buildings in New York City and Westchester.
