The New Normal: Building Restrictions!

In New York, Morgan Stanley is imposing restrictions on not fully vaccinated employees and clients from access to the workplace.

Starting July 12 says a memo, all employees, contingent workforce, clients and visitors, must “attest to being fully vaccinated to access Morgan Stanley buildings in New York City and Westchester.”

Will losing building access force those who are resisting to accept the vaccinations?

Meanwhile, Singapore is pressing hard to get all eligible citizens and residents to take full doses of inoculation.

The Singaporean authorities believe if significant numbers don’t, it can jeopardise the entire immunisation programme.

“This is because eligible people who do not get vaccinated not only put themselves at risk. But they will endanger children and those who, for medical reasons, are not suitable for the vaccine,’ says Straits Times.

RESTRICTING MALAYSIANS?

An opposition political figure in Malaysia took bold steps in calling for a ban against all citizens or residents and visitors who refuse the vaccination.

The former Health Minister in Malaysia Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad suggests the authorities impose a ban on people resisting vaccinations.
