None of the 51 signatories of the infamous spy letter calling Hunter Biden’s laptop “Russian disinformation” before the 2020 election have retracted their claim, according to a report. The signatories allegedly knew the claim was false since the FBI had Hunter’s laptop.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken reportedly coordinated the story for political purposes.

FBI agent Erika Jensen, a witness in Hunter’s gun trial, testified that the laptop was real and untouched, debunking claims of hacking or Russian disinformation. After the New York Post first reported the story in October 2020, CNN's Natasha Bertrand wrote a now-discredited Politico story citing “dozens of former intel officials.”

President Joe Biden used this narrative during a debate to discredit the laptop’s contents. Despite admissions that the story was false, many of the intelligence officials maintain the letter was patriotic.

Former officials like James Clapper and Greg Treverton stand by their actions, asserting their interpretation was based on experience and vigilance against foreign interference.

However, it seems that many are unhappy with the story. They feel that this is currently being used to fraud the electoral process in the United states. Other bold claims are made towards the entire situation by conservatives and liberals alike.

Additionally, many are upset at the fact that the laptop was previously disregarded by Democrats and Biden as evidence. However, now, X users demand the liberals to apologize to conservatives regarding Hunter’s laptop.
