SHAH ALAM, 13 January 2022 – To boost productivity and cost efficiency among students, home users and small businesses, Canon Marketing Malaysia (“Canon”) launches two new multi-functional printers PIXMA Ink Efficient E4570 and PIXMA TR4670S. These compact printers offer a suite of productivity features including Automatic Document Feeder to digitise documents rapidly, wireless printing with mobile devices and voice command for seamless multitasking, and versatile ink cartridge sizes to cater different usage requirements.

High Yield and Low Cost Ink Cartridges – PIXMA E Series
Print up to 180 pages with the PG-47 black ink cartridge and CL-57S colour cartridge on the PIXMA E4570. Affordably priced and easily replaceable cartridges are uniquely designed for students and home office settings with moderate printing needs. 

Versatile Ink Cartridges to Suit Printing Needs – PIXMA TR Series
The PIXMA TR4670S is embedded with two economical ink cartridges – the PG-745S black cartridge for text and line drawings, and the CL-7465 colour cartridge for graphics.  Whenever a larger print volume is required, the printer has an option of an extra-large cartridge to cater to the higher page yield.

Beyond print, scan, copy and fax capabilities, the printers are equipped with a 20-sheet compact Automatic Document Feeder for ease of digitising important paperwork, including schoolwork, written notes or invoices into image or PDF formats. Save more time as the new E and TR series printers support automatic two-sided printing, as well as conveniently copy an ID card into a single page. Whenever a document is left under the scanning lid, the printers will prompt audible reminders. 

Print Wireless through Mobile Devices and Voice Commands
Enjoy various hands-free printing options with the E4570 and TR4670S printers. Both devices are compatible with Apple AirPrint, Mopria (for Android) mobile printing and Canon Print Service (Android plugin) for direct printing. To unlock more capabilities, set up the Canon Print Inkjet/SELPHY app which allows users to print, copy and scan from a smartphone or tablet. Also available on the app, store or print documents on the cloud, as well as check ink levels remotely.  

Alternatively, the devices are also designed to work with voice-activated virtual assistants. Complete tasks concurrently and get a wide range of documents printed from colouring pages and origami, to greeting cards and shopping lists with voice command via Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.

Create Stunning Visual Assets with Canon Softwares
Together with the new printers, Canon is also announcing its latest Easy-Layout Editor software, available on Windows OS platform that assists with editing and content layout for documents, web pages and other file types.

For greater graphic design needs, users can leverage Canon’s PosterArtist Lite software which is preloaded with more than 1,300 templates, photos and clip arts. Easy-to-use and no design experience required, new users can create a wide range of flyers, posters and menus with this free resource.

Prep for your meetings efficiently with the Collation Print feature which groups files with different file formats together, before sending them to print as a single document. Users can also choose to print the most relevant sections of web pages, omitting ads before printing.
