Maxim Launches “Mesra OKU” Rate for People with Special Needs

Maxim E-hailing has introduced “Mesra OKU,” a new rate aimed at enhancing transportation for people with special needs.
The rate, available in Maxim’s app, offers added services, such as a five-minute extended wait time at pick-up locations to accommodate passengers with mobility aids. Passengers with disabilities can also bring pets along without extra fees and use a voice-recognition feature for easier booking.
Maxim also trains its partner-drivers to assist disabled passengers, ensuring their comfort during rides. “We hope to provide a seamless, stress-free experience that helps improve mobility,” said Mohd Hazwan Musley, Maxim Malaysia’s Director.
