But as of late, their stores have reportedly been emptier than usual. During the pre-covid era, their stores used to be packed to the brim. 

Bloomberg states that the brand has made more profit than they did last year. However, some are questioning the numbers the brand is releasing as they are not a public listed company. But the brand is notorious for customers complaining about their alleged quality decline.

Others are accusing the Redditor’s mother of using darker colored clothes against the bag, which may cause a color transfer to happen. But, there are those who had similar experiences citing that this is more of a “wear and tear” situation. Typically, this may happen to bags that have been used for several years.
