Russian Connection: High-tech Shipment For Mauritius
The equipment will be in place for the elections and should be up and running three months before the GE and will partially help drive the narrative prior to the G Elections
Related to the Russian conection, a 40 ft container fully loaded with high-tech communication/IT equipments is transiting at an Indian port destination, Mauritius.
The shipment, World Future is told, will reach Port Louis during this week end.
The equipment is to be used for the sniffing, surveillance and other montoring services.
Elections
The equipment will be in place for the elections and should be up and running three months before the GE, a source said.
Russia is highly unpopular among the population of Mauritius for its invasion of Ukraine.
With a team of private contractors - perhaps linked to the government in the Kremlin or not - the Russians will become even more unpopular in Mauritius.
Not that it matters, but if the Russians are here to help the government and La Cuisine to divert public opinion, it will have a hard time.
The Mauritius Dilemma
A source told World Future the Russians have a very intricate mission. "They have a mission to ensure the defeat of all Hindu candidates from the opposition parties," we are told.
In that breath, they are to make sure Navin Ramgoolam is not elected. Navin is bound to be chosen as the leader of an opposition group with Paul Berenger, Xavier Duval as co-leaders.
